We’re seeking a results-obsessed, data-driven Paid Digital Marketing Expert to join our growing team. You’ll be the architect behind high-performing paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, turning modest budgets into impressive returns and transforming clicks into customers. what you'll do.

  • Campaign Mastery: Design, build, and manage high-performing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger)
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously test, analyse, and refine campaigns to maximise ROAS and hit ambitious KPI targets
  • Copywriting Excellence: Craft compelling ad copy that stops scrollers in their tracks and converts browsers into buyers
  • Email Marketing Automation: Develop and manage sophisticated email marketing campaigns and automated nurture sequences that guide prospects through the customer journey
  • Audience Strategy: Build and refine audience segments using advanced targeting techniques, lookalikes, and retargeting strategies
  • Budget Management: Strategically allocate and optimise ad spend across platforms and campaigns for maximum impact
  • Conversion Tracking: Implement robust tracking systems and attribution models to measure true campaign effectiveness
  • Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to understand their goals and translate business objectives into campaign success
  • Reporting & Analysis: Create insightful performance reports that tell the story behind the numbers and guide future strategy

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in paid digital marketing
  • Proven track record managing substantial ad budgets across Google Ads and Meta platforms
  • Deep expertise in campaign setup, optimisation, and performance management
  • Strong copywriting skills with experience creating high-converting ad copy and email content
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and automated nurture sequence development
  • Advanced understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structures
  • Proficiency with analytics tools, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable optimizations
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously

brownie points if you:

  • Have Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications
  • Experience with advanced campaign types (PMax, Dynamic ads, etc.)
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement
  • Understanding of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
  • Experience with e-commerce advertising and shopping campaigns
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance
  • Background in lead generation and B2B advertising
  • Portfolio showcasing campaigns that delivered exceptional ROAS
